History of lease violations or property damage
More than 2 late rent payments within the last 12 months
Criminal Background Check
A criminal background check will be conducted for all adult applicants.
Disqualifying Factors:
Felony convictions related to violence, drug trafficking, or property damage within the last 7 years
Registered sex offenders
Application Fees
Non-Refundable Application Fee: $35 per adult applicant
Occupancy Limits
1-Bedroom: Max 2 occupants
2-Bedroom: Max 4 occupants
3-Bedroom: Max 6 occupants
Pets
Pet Policy:
Maximum 2 pets per unit
Weight limit: 35 lbs per pet
